Cleaning Deposit - $85.00 cleaning deposit is required for all trailer rentals. Deposit is refundable within 5 business days of return provided the trailer is as clean inside and outside as when it was received. Before returning trailer, remember to remove all personal items and trash from the trailer; including all food from the refrigerator, freezer and oven. Propane tanks must be full at the time of return or you will be charged $20. and the cost of propane.
Security Deposit - Security deposits required for all rentals. Each trailer is priced differently. All deposits must be paid by cash or cashiers checks. personal checks are accepted if received 14 days prior to reservation. All deposits are due at the time of pick up or if you have arranged for delivery a check must be mailed and received in our office within seven days of reservation date. Deposit is refundable within 10 business days of return provided the trailer is as clean inside and outside as when it was received. Before returning trailer, remember to remove all personal items and trash from the trailer; including all food from the refrigerator, freezer and oven. Dump the trailer of all black and Grey water. (Dump station locations: Rosedale Village RV Park 13901 Rosedale Hwy;Bakersfield Palms RV Resort 250 Fairfax Road;Flying J Travel Plaza's 17047 Zachary Avenue; Shell Station Olive Drive &Hwy 99; Bakersfield RV Resort, located across the street from the auto mall. If any cleaning is needed we will charge it to the credit card on file or deduct from the deposit.
Rental Charges - Half of Rental Charges must be received at time of reservation.All rental fees must be paid within 14 days of check out. Rental charges are refundable up to 30 days before departure less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are charged half of the rental fee.
Cancellations within 2 days of check out or delivery are charged all the the rental charges. Changes in reservations are charged 50.00 (you may change your dates at any time with this fee)
VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER or CASH is accepted. Personal checks are accepted but must be received 14 days prior to pickup date. We will not hold any reservations without half the rental charges being paid in advance.

Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are charged a $100.00 (non-refundable) The security deposit and the total estimated rental charges must be paid, in full, seven days prior to pickup date. VISA/MASTERCARD or CASH is accepted. Personal checks are accepted but must be received 14 days prior to pickup date.
Pick-up and Orientation - Trailers may be picked up by appointment only. Please call to book your appointment. The orientation and pick-up may take up to an hour, please make sure your vehicle is tow ready. Orientation on use of travel trailer, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, sewer and water hoses, two propane bottles filled and connection to truck or SUV.
The person who is renting the Travel Trailer or Toy Hauler must show up in person on the day of pick up. The vehicle being used to tow the Travel Trailer or Toy Hauler MUST be registered in the renters name. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
Batteries and Generators - Trailers do not run well on batteries. We recommend hooking up to electricity whenever possible or using a generator. Batteries last approximately 10 hours before needing to be recharged (or replaced) and only the lights, water pump, water heater, thermostat and refrigerator will work.
No Smoking - All of our trailers are non-smoking. If a trailer is returned smelling of smoke the renters full deposit will be forfeited and additional charges may be assessed, if necessary, for removal of the odor.
Travel into Mexico & Canada is not permitted.
Rental Insurance Instructions - Beach Bound trailer Rentals does NOT provide any liability coverage on Trailers or Toy Haulers. ( Comp & collision only.) Please be sure to check with your insurance Carrier and confirm that your liability will cover the trailer that you will be towing. Please note that the renter is liable for our deductible if a accident should occur.
