Damage Deposit - Damage deposits are required on drivable units. If you choose to pick up a motor coach at our location in Grover Beach a deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the unit.
Delivery available in Pismo/Oceano area parks - If you have arranged for delivery of a unit we will waive the damage deposit. If the unit is left with damages or in need of cleaning your card on file will be charged.
Rental Charges - Half of Rental Charges must be received at time of reservation.All rental fees must be paid within 14 days of check out. Rental charges are refundable up to 30 days before departure less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure are charged half of the rental fee.
Cancellations within 2 days of check out or delivery are charged all the the rental charges. Changes in reservations are charged 50.00 (you may change your dates at any time with this fee)
VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER or CASH is accepted. Personal checks are accepted but must be received 14 days prior to pickup date. We will not hold any reservations without half the rental charges being paid in advance.
Propane - All rentals include propane.
No Smoking - All of our trailers are non-smoking. If a trailer is returned smelling of smoke the renters full deposit will be forfeited and additional charges may be assessed, if necessary, for removal of the odor.
Rental Insurance Instructions - If you choose to drive a motor home you must provide a binder from your insurance company. This is requested from our staff to your agent. Please note that the renter is liable for the deductible if an accident should occur.
